Controller in the quality management and certification department
Duties: Receiving information about the current production, notes on the quality of the product,
visual inspection of defects of rebar rolling, taking samples for mechanical testing, measuring
geometric parameters of the profile. Checking the obtained results according to the DIN488
standard. Certification of the rolling, inspection of the incoming raw material, filling in documents
(technological card, 24-hour production report, quality certificate, drawing up of acts, etc.)
The employee will be subordinated to the head of the quality management and certification
department and the chief engineer of the factory
Requirements for the candidate:
• Education (specialization): technical, higher technical
• Required documents (within possibilities): diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical control department (preferable)
• computer skills and working knowledge of (Word, Excel) programs,
• Be able to use a measuring instrument (ruler , a calliper, a micrometer, etc.)
Special requirements for the candidate:
• Discipline and responsibility
• Knowledge of English, Turkish, or Russian language (preferable)
• General theoretical knowledge of rolling production (preferable)
• Knowledge of quality management systems (preferable)
